eh888 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Pakistan Player

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "eh888" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at eh888.net and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on eh888 that gives the Player access to all platform services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of the eh888 platform for all Pakistan players.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR amount deposited by the Player that is available for wagering or withdrawal, separate from any Bonus Funds balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Balance.
• "Prohibited Player" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

If you are found to be under 18 years of age, your account will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds will be voided, and any winnings generated during the underage period may be withheld pending regulatory review.

2.2 Registration Accuracy

When registering your eh888 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number or email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles eh888 to close your account without notice.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual person, each residential address, each device, and each IP address is permitted to hold only one registered eh888 account at any given time. Where duplicate accounts are detected, eh888 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and to void all balances and pending bonus claims associated with those accounts.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eh888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. eh888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login information. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the eh888 support team immediately via Live Chat.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

eh888 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — and proof of address or payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your eh888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closures will result in the return of any verified Real Money Balance to your nominated PKR payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals (PKR)

4.1 Deposit Methods

eh888 accepts PKR deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and debit or credit card. The minimum deposit is 500 PKR. eh888 does not impose a platform-level deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method previously verified under the Player's eh888 account. The minimum withdrawal is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to successful KYC verification.

4.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The Wagering Requirement applicable to any specific promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual Terms and Conditions, which form part of these overall Terms.

4.4 Payment Method Ownership

All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals on eh888 must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation. eh888 is not responsible for any delays or losses arising from the use of third-party payment accounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

eh888 offers a welcome bonus to newly registered Pakistan players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus provides a matched deposit bonus of up to 5,000,000 PKR. The matched percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, and Wagering Requirement applicable to the welcome bonus are displayed on the promotion page at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on eh888 are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

eh888 monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting errors in promotional configurations; or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the voiding of all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those funds, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified for each promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without compensation. Players are encouraged to review the validity period of each bonus before claiming.

6. Casino and Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play Certification

All casino games offered on eh888 — including slots, live dealer tables, Cockfighting, table games, and lottery-style products — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or real-time dealer action to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by eh888 for commercial gain. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for all slot titles are available in the game information panel within the eh888 casino lobby.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

Cockfighting is available at PKR stakes and is subject to the same account, bonus, and responsible gaming terms that apply to all other eh888 casino products.

7. Sports Betting Terms

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on eh888 are subject to acceptance at the discretion of the platform. eh888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including before the event commences, where there is evidence of pricing error, suspicious betting patterns, or where the integrity of the market is in doubt.

7.2 Settlement Rules

Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body at the time of settlement. For cricket markets including HBL Pakistan Super League fixtures, the official match result as recognised by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the International Cricket Council (ICC) governs settlement. Live betting markets are settled based on the result at the conclusion of the relevant in-game event.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in full to the Player's Real Money Balance in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement window; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; or the bet was accepted at an obvious pricing error that was not corrected before the event commenced.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

6. Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.

9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing eh888 staff or other players.
10. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the eh888 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, branding elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of eh888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any eh888 content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eh888's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the net Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises. eh888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party payment provider delays. This limitation does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded by agreement.

12. Amendments to These Terms

eh888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — eh888 will provide advance notice of not less than 14 days via the registered email address associated with your account or via a prominent platform notification. Continued use of the eh888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
